Palliative Care Resources You are here:HomeOur servicesList of servicesPalliative Care Resources Palliative and supportive care is a specialised service providing support and care for someone living with a chronic, serious illness. We support each patient and family individually, as no two people have quite the same needs, goals and care requirements. The resources below have been collected with the aim of giving some guidance to patients and caregivers on some ways to managing challenges they may face with their illness. The clinicians at St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney have reviewed them, and they can be used as a guide. They do not replace personal assessments and recommendations.
