Referral Pathways for Health Practitioners

Newly developed state-wide referral criteria represent a clinical decision-support tool that communicates the minimum clinical criteria for outpatient services as well as the minimum referral information required to enable safe, timely and effective triage. Clinical Prioritisation Criteria are applied to determine how quickly the patient should be seen.
