This includes the Gorman medicated withdrawal unit, the Opiate Treatment Program, Stimulant Services and The Alcohol and Drug Information Service (ADIS). Psychologists and clinical psychologists work within multidisciplinary teams to provide psychological assessment, treatment and relapse prevention for a range of mental health issues related to substance use. This includes mood disorders, anxiety, psychosis, trauma and other psychosocial issues. Referrals All referrals to psychologists are made by the client’s treating team within the Alcohol and Drug Service. Access to the Alcohol and Drug Service can be gained by contacting Centralised Intake (02) 9361 8080 (Monday to Friday 0830 – 1600).
