Course overview:

BASIC (Basic Assessment and Support in Intensive Care) is an internationally recognised course which teaches participants to assess critically ill patients and to provide initial treatment and organ support in the critical care environment.

Participants are expected to have read the course manual and completed the online MCQ test prior to attending the course

Internal applicants (SVHS staff and Prevocational Network 10 JMOs): $250 ex GST
External applicants: $500 ex GST

Cancellation policy:

Registration Fees will be refunded in full if notified in writing prior to 3,d February 2023. No refund will apply on or after 3,d February 2023, 
however substitute candidates will be accepted upon notification.
