St Vincent’s Alcohol and Drug Service recognises alcohol and other drug use as common to societies and cultures around the world.

Our mission is to promote well-being and reduce the harm resulting from the use of alcohol and other drugs, offering a range of services to support individuals, families and communities.

All Services are FREE, CONFIDENTIAL and NON-JUDGEMENTAL

We provide:

  • Counselling
  • Withdrawal management from drugs and alcohol
  • Opioid-assisted therapy (with methadone or buprenorphine)
  • Check-ups for people who use stimulants
  • Treatment programs
  • Information on drugs and alcohol
  • Group Programs
  • Needles and syringes, for people who inject drugs
  • Support for partners, family or friends
  • Specialist advice for health professionals
