This Way Up finalists in 2022 NSW Premier's Award

Congratulations to This Way Up on becoming finalists for the 2022 NSW Premier’s Awards Department of Premier and Cabinet.

It’s fitting that the team are finalists in the 'Putting Citizens at the Centre' category, as it’s a theme that perfectly encapsulates This Way Up’s core purpose, to make clinically proven, world-leading digital mental health programs more accessible for people, wherever they are.

This Way Up support approximately 1.5 million annual visitors to their website with information and resources for the treatment of anxiety, depression, stress, pain management and insomnia, and have established a community of over 30,000 clinicians registered to prescribe This Way Up programs as part of their routine care.

In addition, the team’s rapid response to community need by developing free pandemic related resources to guide people through difficult periods of social isolation, financial instability, and the fear and uncertainty that surrounded this global health event.

To say that they are putting citizens at the centre, is an understatement, but the acknowledgement of this award is a fitting tribute to the foresight, innovation and clinical expertise that underpins this service.

Next month, This Way Up will celebrate 10 years of service to the community. Soon after, the winner of the Premier’s Award will be announced in November. We’re confident it will be cause for a double celebration. Well done!
