St Vincent’s Honoured at the 2025 Pride in Health and Wellbeing Awards

17 Apr 2025

The Pride in Health and Wellbeing Awards celebrate individuals, organisations, and allies making a meaningful impact on LGBTQ+ inclusion in health, wellbeing, and community services across NSW.

St Vincent’s has a proud history of recognition at these awards, and 2025 was no exception.

This year, Matt Kearney, National Manager of Formation & Purpose, received the Executive Leadership Award, acknowledging his outstanding leadership and contributions to LGBTQ+ inclusion at St Vincent’s Health Network Sydney.

Building on our success as a Gold Service Provider in 2024, St Vincent’s has now been elevated to Platinum Service Provider 2025 - a newly introduced category that highlights continued excellence and progress in inclusive care.

In another remarkable achievement, St Vincent’s was named Service Provider of the Year for the second consecutive year, reinforcing its commitment to fostering a safe and welcoming environment for all.

These accolades are a testament to the dedication of many, particularly Bec Cerio, Manager of Sexuality and Gender Diversity Programs, and the Pride Network, whose tireless efforts ensure that St Vincent’s remains an inclusive space for gender and sexuality diverse patients, clients, visitors, and staff.

Congratulations to all on this well-deserved recognition!
