Timely Access to Care (ETP)

At St Vincent’s Hospital Sydney we strive to provide the best possible care for our patients by keeping quality at the forefront of what we do. At St Vincent’s quality means effective, safe, personal and timely care.

The Emergency Treatment Performance (ETP) is set by the Ministry of Health and is a measure of the percentage of patients whose total time spent in the Emergency Department is within 4 hours.
